RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Pilo’s Store, all products are carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. In rare cases, issues may occur during transit. Please read this policy carefully.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Return or Exchange requests are accepted only within 3 days from the date of delivery and only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

An unboxing or opening box video is compulsory for all damage, defect, or wrong product claims.

The video must:

  • Be recorded before opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed outer packaging
  • Clearly show the shipping label
  • Show the complete opening of the package
  • Clearly show the product condition

The video must be continuous, clear, and unedited.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will be rejected even if the product is damaged or incorrect.

This requirement is mandatory and non negotiable.


PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and untampered
  • Be in original saleable condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, manuals, and invoice
  • Not show signs of wear, scratches, stains, or misuse

All returned products undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse.

If the product fails the inspection, the request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer.


EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Only one return or exchange is allowed per order
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • Products exchanged once are not eligible for further return or exchange
  • Altered, repaired, or customized products are not eligible

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling
  • Products damaged due to failure to follow usage instructions
  • Personal care, grooming, hygiene, or consumable products
  • Products purchased from third party marketplaces
  • Clearance or final sale products if mentioned on the product page
